The van MX05 OLM manages to park in two cycle lanes at once (pavement contraflow cycle lane + onstreet MCL) + obstructing the view for traffic coming from Hamilton Road. Drivers answer: "We have build the buildout and parked here for six week, because there is nowhere else to park." Was still there 20 min later and reported to police with incident # 106 / 070919.
