"The lines have been installed this morning (and) are sufficient for the bay to be enforced. Therefore any vehicle not parked wholly within the bay markings is liable to receive a Penalty Charge Notice. If you do observe a vehicle parked in such a manner please do not hesitate to contact Parking Services directly on (01223) 458522. Upon receiving your request a Parking Attendant will be dispatched to action ..."
