Approx. location of the pole for the proposed Puffin crossing. Note that if the current inclination is maintained, wheelchair users will have to press the button on the new traffic light from a slope.

A crossings upgrade removed the railings, but moved the poles into the cycle way - see Jan 2008 #12503 & #12526.
