It might look as though the truck has made a special dietary choice, but actually it's the Dutch word for "sweeping".

The road layout shows a way of transforming narrow streets like those near Mill Road in Cambridge. The road is narrow but has parking bays so that cars don't obstruct the road itself. We're heading in the opposite direction to most traffic here, the one way restriction not applying to bikes (or, presumably, trucks that sweep the roads).
