Rising bollards, St Andrew's Street, northbound. Single 'No Entry' sign ('Except for authorised vehicles') on the central island. 'Buses and cycles only' (what about the Taxis?) on the left. 'No entry' sign for the southbound lane on the right.

Most northbound traffic is expected to turn right here into Park Parade.
