Mandatory Cycle Lane (MCL) on Chesterton Road is often used by motorists to stop or park their cars (plate R2 NAW ), pushing cyclists (many school children) into the main lane with cars often exceeding 30 mph on this straight (see also #17072, #13132 and #10644). Cambridgeshire Police needs to take action.
