Too much width.
Widely flared junctions like this increase the length of the danger zone for cyclists. They also encourage derivers to approach at speed, looking to the side rather than in front of them.
Reduce down to a single exit lane to make this junction safer and more cycle friendly. Use the space freed up to improve the footways.
