Restored these cycle racks are now back!

This is what they looked like in 2005: #2191
Then they disappeared when Jamie's Italian restaurant came to town in Jan. 2010: #20479 and in Feb a notice went up threatening removal of bikes: #21356

I think these racks will disappear again, when a new location is found for them, to leave space for outdoor seating at the new restaurant.
