Red Citroen Picasso with number plates YH03 XAX and a silver Skoda Fabia blocking the bus and cycle lane on Milton Road right at a bus stop, while a young cyclist has to pull out into the main carriageway. All this is happening because the police only give "advise regarding their parking", need to give a ticket! See #23177 and #23118.
