A nice wide (2.5 m for single direction use) smooth cycle path in the Netherlands. Quite normal for the Netherlands, but the reason for this photo is the vegetation along the side of the path. It's trimmed very neatly so that cyclists can see drivers on the road and drivers can see cyclists.
The separation from the road at this point is about four metres, which is enough to give a good degree of subjective safety.
