On the road from Beaune station to the town centre there are (on both sides of the road) cars parked on the road, then cars parked beside the road, then a designated access to these parking spaces, then finally a bit of space for pedestrians. And here there's a driver who's parked in the access route and made it impossible for a cyclist to use one of the few bike stands.
