The driver of a blue Ford Focus with number plates ND54 YPE and Silver Skoda Octavia with number plates OY06 XTA and taxi license 1106 are abusing the advisory status of the Gilbert Road redmac cycle lane (at the junction with Milton Road) on 15 Feb 2011 at 9.00 am.

One suggestion for stopping this abuse might be to introduce a bollard here like at #9111.
