The vertical lift bridge from 1927 presents a bottleneck for different types of traffic in all directions. But once the bridge is lowered cyclists are the first to cross it as shown in this video. See also raised bridge http://iitm.be/cycli ... [more]

Cyclists don't pay but need to take this bypass around the toll barriers on the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
When the main road near here is closed to a boat entering the lock, cyclists can push their bikes over this bridge to save waiting (in this case in the rain).

Tins Bridge turns out to be too long - or more likely, the abutments weren't put in correctly. They'll have to take out some big chunks of reinforced concrete and re-lay them, then try again. All fixed in #30171.
Oh how embarrassing. The new bridge over the Tins is lifted into place, only to find it is about 40cm too long.

Cycle / service road bridge linking UEA to the hospital campus. This is the ONLY crossing point for cyclists over the River Yare between the A11 and the B1108 Earlham Rd, neither of which are cycle friendly.
The bridge has separate crossings for cyclists and pedestrians. Whether peds will not choose to walk on the 'cycle' side remains to be seen.
