Smarter Choices Smarter Places cycleway is on shared use footway, and not even a dropped kerb for cyclists who want to cycle on the road in this Twenty's Plenty zone!

New toucan crossing installed across Greendyke Street, but no dropped kerb from adjacent road.

Sign on Glasgow Green to Commonwealth Games (James Street and London Road) cycle route says route terminates at Nuneaton Street until April 2012 when it will be extended to the Commonwealth Games site at Parkhead.

It looks like cyclists using the London Road cycle track are meant to use the footway to get to and from the section on James Street (leading to Glasgow Green), rather than cycle on the road. No Turn Left sign still says "except buses" b ... [more]

Toucan crossing across London Road installed early 2011 still remains to be brought into use. Car parking still marked in bus lane, including through the zig-zags. Phone box restricts view from one side of crossing.

Gully installed the wrong way round in Glasgow City Council's "Copenhagan-style" London Road cycle track. The slots should go across-the-ways so skinny tyres don't get stuck.
