This newsletter from Romsey Lib Dems seems to suggest that Tesco have admitted to delivering from the front of the store on Mill Road, which is against the planning consent for the store.

34ft lorry marked out on Mill Road. This is where Tesco plan to unload twice a day for 41 minutes a time, a proposal objected to by Cambridge Cycling Campaign and others. There is a planning condition preventing this.
Deliveries on Mill Road cause a blockage. However, there is probably little alternative given the layout of the streets. It is essential that any new planning permissions allocate off-street delivery areas.
