Driver followed me into building and grabbed my right arm; dragged me, forcing me to drop my bike, back to his vehicle violently. Managed to wriggle free after a while, picked up my bike and had a word with the awaiting Grand Arcade security staff. Despite the nice cycle path and signals, the new junction complex around the Science Park (Milton Road / Orwell Furlong / Cowley Road) doesn't work well for cyclists - we often find ourselves waiting, looking at stationary cars, wondering whether it's safe to cross against the red light. OK, admittedly this isn't really an obstruction... but surely the traffic signals could be re-programmed so that generally cyclists have priority? | Obstruction: Problem |
