Behind the camera are loads of normal parking spaces available, see #32447. I think the next development of these schemes therefore is for them to work on ordinary bike parking stands.

Bike hire costs 80 NOK (about £8) to get a card which gives you 24 hours access. They need a 500 NOK deposit, and the bikes have to check-in to the racks every 3 hours.
