Dreadful gas roadworks blocking the cycle path and putting both cyclists and pedestrians in danger
Roadworks on Pembroke Street encourage (or in some cases force) vehicles into the contraflow cycle lane.
And as usual, the signs are in the cycle lane; the camber of the pavement does provide some reason as to why this has happened ...but a reason isn't an excuse and it would be nice if these things didn't happen. Location approximate.
Yet again - the awful Seven Stations Route is blocked by works, with cyclists told to dismount and walk around.

Roadworks on Waterloo Bridge - no signs to give cyclists space, unlike on Hills Road Bridge in Cambridge
And we think we have problems getting roads and footways resurfaced properly after being dug up by utilities - Baia Mare, Romania.

Why does it take so long to get things fixed here?? 1) barriers missing for many weeks (the lights got replaced quickly)
