This is a very wide footway on the East side of Washway Road that could be used as a shared footway on a very busy road. It connects to a link shared footway to Fieldvale Road. ( a dropped kerb is required on Langdale Rd)
This would be a link to to the Bridgewater Way via a quite route using Fieldvale Road Road Manley road and Crossway Rd. The access to the Bridgewater Way here is a lot safer and wider than the link at the end of Eastway
