Sale cycle hub see also #90022 and #89640 . stickers have been posted recently on the entrance doors to the cycle hub here.

The stickers warn that the premises are alarmed. Have alarms recently been installed ?
Alarms are welcome because of the recent security issues of an unlocked door, vandalised lockers, broken stands and stolen bikes .
