An attempt at providing lightly segregated cycle infrastructure, here shown at a roundabout, including a walking and cycling priority crossing. The quality is poor but it's clearly a starting point for a city where not much is expected. Surprisingly, I only saw one car parked in the cycleway; given that drivers here seem to selfishly shove their cars into any and every available space, perhaps that is progress.
