old gate/kissing gate at the junction between Markham Vales new cycling friendly infrastructure and the older ROW network outside DCC land (staveley FP 30 adjoins from the North) . An informal desire line has been created to the left of this gate by those users poorlyd served by this gate. This should promptly be replaced by gates similar in nature to those on the adjoining DCC land
