UPDATE as from April 24th 2022: At least we now have a bus service along this road twitter.com/tom_a_jeffs/status/1499780805379469315 Dunham Massey Trafford . The buses are wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately the bus stops do not have dropped kerbs. The Sunday service bus only goes to the Big Tree bus stop but the access into Dunham Massey here is not wheelchair friendly 4 steps up and 6 steps down (6 steps up and 4 down on the way back) or an 11 minute journey on the pavement to the next bus stop to enter via the main motor vehicle entrance. Queues along this road to access the @NT_NorthWest park here . Action can be taken to reduce this demand see also #104219 queues on the road to the car park to the @nationaltrust Hall here @NT_NorthWest .
From Woodhouse Lane to the car park entrance this footpath is not used by pedestrians - they use the park path. Cycling could be allowed here but don't place no waiting cones on the footpath and clear the leaves. Also when the road is resurfaced nice and smooth do the path as well !
Would be good if cycles were allowed in the park as well along designated paths as in Tatton Park.
