Whichever Highway Authority is currently responsible for Hinckley - and its not alway obvious who is dong what these days - but whoever it is, they have lost the plot completely. These No Cycling panels have recently appeared in this one way stret. So here apparently is a street where it is legal to drive a 44 tonne articulated lorry, but it is not permitted to ride a bike with your family.

In fact the signs are clearly illegal and I have written an email to Leicestershire County Council to persue the matter.
