Seven CYCLISTS DISMOUNT signs within a distance of 380 yards, here in Harlow.

Note added Nov 2011: it took me a while to find the exact location of this using Google Street View, but I think its right now. Many of the dismount signs have been removed and the slow down sections and markings re-tarmacked so they don't exist anymore. The clue to finding the exact location are the guard railing, the grass verge and the traffic light.
