Although this is one of the busiest cycle routes in Cambridge, cyclists can go to hell as far as the temporary traffic lights at this junction are concerned.
Temporary lights control access from both directions on Tenison Road, St Barnabas Road and Devonshire Road, but cyclists coming from Lyndewode Road have only this sign which apparently means "Traffic Signals not in use":
