The Treliever - Treluswell section of A39 could accommodate cycle lanes (speed limit adjusted to 40mph concurrent with the Penryn bypass?). Joined up infrastructure along A39 provides link between Falmouth/Penryn and Devoran/Bissoe/Ponsanooth etc
