Wilful habitual speeding by large loud excessively high powered cars limits who can safely use this RD, this prevents safe cycling and walking, and fear of reckless driving also inhibits Normal social interaction between the residents, time to limit cars size and prevent their excessive speed, and give the streets back to more appropriate ways of convayace more suited to the urban environment
