Four-way green light for cyclists as used in the Netherlands would be suitable for this crossing. Unfortunately at the Milton Rd with Union Lane / Arbury Rd junction the four-way traffic light phase is exclusive to "pedestrians". See video www.flickr.com/photos/amassie/4546330582/
