This stretch does not need short term cycle lane.
Competent cyclists ride up it no problem and the not so competent get off and walk up the pavement.
There is already a shortage of space for car parking here for all Harbour users and those just wanting to enjoy the view as it is.
Why spoil this pleasure simply for cyclists to pass by???
