I saw this sign Highbridge, Somerset during the summer holidays.
Is this an admission that these roads are hostile for cycling? Is it an apology to cyclists using these roads? Surely there should be no need warn motorists of a cycle friendly zone? And if there was one, I didn't see where it started and finished.
