Compared to the pavement on the opposite side of the road, the pavement is single file only. Cars are parked very closely to the curb but not at all on the other side. Bins are left in the road and elderly people and mothers with children often have to walk in the road. The traffic is very heavy and it is a just a matter of time before someone is injured or even killed. In these times of personal space being respected, it means even more danger.
