Someone using Lochburn Road to gain access to the Forth & Clyde Canal towpath towards Bishopbriggs and Kirkintilloch. The car driver made a sharp stop. Construction work has now started on a new bridge across the canal at Stockingfield Junction that will remove the need for canal path users to go via this piece of road.
