Addenbrookes Access Road with roundabout, looking from Shelford Road towards Addenbrookes in the distance. The only access at the roundabout is currently the right turn which leads to the bridge over the railway.

The road is very wide here, suggesting plenty of space for on-road cyclepaths. The footpath is also fairly wide so there may be space for a shared use path too.
