[UPDATE: #175863.] [Image taken 12.12.20] Monks Cross retail park, Huntington, York. Two Saturdays before Christmas, Minster Lions fundraising vehicles block the cycle route. This may be one of the vehicles the driver in #157147 gave for believing the cycle track is actually disabled parking.
