[Photo taken 5.2.21] York motor traffic-free ped-walking-cycling route. No mention of Vangarde on the sign. To get to Vangarde you have to push beyond the park & ride office or follow the unsignposted route on cycle tracks then ride through the car park ie sharing space with drivers and air pollution.
