[Image taken 3.3.21] At Tanner Row, near junction with Rougier Street, York, the new hire scooter bays are too close to the existing Sheffields. A badly parked cycle means access is difficult or blocked see also: #168513. The scooter bays need to be relocated. For all related issues and images see: #164846
