[Image taken 19.3.21] I have seen car transporters making this turn. I've never been standing at the junction with a camera at the time. Bootham is part of the inner ring road but has very limited space. There are advisory cycle lanes on both sides but they do not meet minimum standards. Gillygate may also be part of the inner ring road. It has even narrower carriageways and a not-fit-for-purpose advisory cycle lane in the direction of Bootham (Bar). Why does something this size need to come into the city? I was there to photo damage to the road surface... (See also: #165685, #165771)
