[Image taken 20.3.21] York. Contraflow cycle lane signs both sides of Tanner Row viewed on approach from North Street (direction of Wellington Row) if you were passing a vehicle parked in the space on the left. The route is very popular with people on cycles, on foot, in mobility scooters and wheelchairs all of whom you can expect to be coming towards you in the carriageway. Plus there’s that parking space on the right to navigate. But is all of this an excuse for drivers not to see the signs? See also: (Signs visibility): #165815, #165816, #165818.
