[Image taken 23.3.21] I'd say the cycle cut-through on Tanner's Moat, York is the hardest working bit of infrastructure in the city. It's oversubscribed. (See: #166027) As a regular user I thought I'd seen it all - drivers cutting through to Rougier Street, motorcyclists using it as a short cut to and from their designated parking on this street. And then you spot... a man working on a ladder in it. Thereby also blocking the pavement on Rougier Street and its - critical for many users - drop kerb, plus obstructing the pavement on Tanner's Moat. See also: #166022, #166023, #166024.
