[Image taken 15.4.21] Marygate Lane, York. The route through Marygate car park between homes, schools, the hospital, York St John Uni, and the river, and the rail station using the (from February 2019) accessible Scarborough Bridge is blocked. There is no mention of (or provision for) people on cycles. (Same issue, same location nine months later: #178077.)
