[Image taken 17.4.21] Cargo/delivery cycle (body is 1m3) on Sheffields (racks) at Rougier Street/Tanner Row, York. Such cycles have a role in last-mile deliveries as well as food deliveries as an alternative to a motor vehicle and their space requirements and pollution issues. They are longer so need more room. They are also susceptible to high winds: #178352. However, like all cycles (but which - as at this location - was not provided when the totem and the Tier scooters were installed), they require space - for the rider to be able to get them in and out. Including for a turning circle: #167039, and: #167287, #167288, #167289, #167290, #167291, #167292, #167294. For an overview of all issues at this location see: #164846.
