[Image taken 18.4.21] Hurricane Way, Clifton Moor, York. An example of a York Barrier. Not something a city should want to have named after it. They are physical and psychological barriers to very many people on cycles. They therefore also suppress takeup of cycling and as a result reduce or prevent active travel. I hit my pedal on this each time I use it. I saw someone break a pedal on this barrier. Second image taken today, and links: #167735. Other barrier nearby: #169108
