[Image taken 2.5.21] Wellington Row, Lendal Bridge (Perky Peacock cafe side), York. This toastrack (supports linked by ground level rails) of Sheffields (cycle parking design) has lost its two outermost supports. Each support is designed to accommodate two cycles so the loss is equivalent to four spaces. Further the outsides of the outermost supports are accessible to wider machines (including what I call 'York cycles' see: #167492) and people touring/making utility or work trips with luggage. One of the supports is leant against a nearby wall: #168259. This reflects the situation at: #165096 and: #165097. I haven't seen this issue before but now I know of two instances.
