[Image taken 2.5.21] Rowntree Park, York. These two cycles fit but they are unadapted and unadorned. There are no child seats, panniers, baskets... They are not the norm for a park (see: #168295) or York (see: #165594). You cannot 'roll in' (to use them) and 'roll forward' (to exit them). You have to reverse your cycle. This means they are not accessible for some people and less convenient and easy to use for many. All images of these racks from today see: #168286 and links.
