[Image taken 4.5.21] Wigginton Road, York. The ASLs here are not 'nice to have' but critical for people on cycles exiting Bridge Lane using the cycle light: #167954. This driver blocked the entire ASL for the turning to Haxby Road. I was in the ASL on Bridge Lane. I thought the driver had realised his/her mistake or seen me taking a photo when s/he started to reverse - there were no other vehicles behind/on the road. But... see: #168511
