Cyclist hit on Surbiton's new Ewell Road cycle lane by driver emerging from Langley Road.

Number of cars not giving way here needs addressing.

The driver drove his car over the bike's rear wheel and cyclist's leg. The victim was strongly of the view that had a child on a bike been involved, it could have been killed.
