[Image taken 9.5.21] Hurricane Way, York. This is one of several retail areas in Clifton Moor. Hurricane Way is a no-through road for anyone in a motor vehicle. Yet it merits four carriageways (see: #169160). B&Q even gets its own right turn lane with arrow. The plan for pedestrians and cyclists was that they would use the shared use path to the right of the image. (It is too narrow see: #167369, #167368.)
