[Image taken 4.5.21] Toft Green, York. Unexpectedly attractive structure housing City of York Council staff cycle parking behind the HQ on Station Rise. Image was taken during lockdown. Most staff were working from home which might account for the limited number of non-fleet cycles. There’s a workstand to the left of the toastrack of three stands to the left of the pillar.
