[Image taken 25.5.21] Marygate car park, York. Drivers see this digital display when leaving. It is still telling them when works will start (10 May), a reason: Environment Agency works, and an effect: the car park will have reduced capacity. This is more information than the people on the cycle/ped/wheelchair route that passes the other side of the car park received. See also: #169685 and links.
